Mushrooms with a View are offered for sale in L’Echoppe in the company of the finest products of the land – that is the land of Thorrenc and other lands very close by.

These natural delicacies also include Thorrenc wine made by Thorrenc’s head wine-maker Eric, (Chevalier Originel), fruit juices from the other end of the valley, pigeon terrines that make you want to fly, honey from the Thorrenc acacia trees, which the bees have for hundreds of years shared with us by special agreement, and all sorts of other goodies from the village and valley that has been called “Paradise on Earth” (but don’t tell anyone because that’s our little secret).
